Each of our employees are issued with an individual personal development plan also known as a PDP. These plans are closely linked to our appraisal system and also Lewis and Lewis Ltd’s mission statement.
These documents allow staff and their managers to plan their own annual training programmes, reflecting their personal development profiles and professional requirements and development needs. The PDPs also facilitate forward planning for growth and development into areas that could become available within the organisation in the future.
Investors In People
Lewis and Lewis Ltd are currently working towards the Investors in People standard which aims to help organisations transform their business performance. The frameworks are outcome focused, outlining what you need to achieve, but never prescribing how. This flexible approach allows thousands of different employers of every sector and size to use the same framework. Lewis and Lewis Ltd are focused that by the end of 2011 they will be accredited with this award which will only demonstrate the exceptional training and development and passion we have for our people.
