The demolition and clearance of a single two storey house together with the construction of a bespoke dwelling, studio/annex, car port and associated external works.
The development embraces the gently sloping site with the main house consisting of lower and upper ground floors. The studio is a separate independent structure consisting of two storey’s at upper ground floor and first floor levels.
