The Celtic Manor Golf Academy is one of the largest and best facilities of its kind in Europe. Accommodation includes swing-studio tuition centers, a 28 bay two-tier driving range, practice greens, short play areas, Academy Pro Shop and a Custom Fit and hire Centre.
The plan form was designed to pay respect to the existing topography and landscape including lighting studies to ensure no glare was imposed on the nearby M4 motorway.
Since its completion the facility has been used as practice areas for the Wales Open and golf master classes given by various top touring professionals, including Ian Woosnam, Colin Montgomerie & Nick Faldo.
